Hi, I'm Leah
...an award-winning yoga teacher from Dorset passionate about guiding busy people from chaos into a place of peace, resilience and self-connection.
Through seasonal and nature-connected practices, I help students nurture calm, restore balance, and create space for what truly matters.
I was recently named 'Yoga Teacher of the Year 2024/5' by Prestige Awards, an honour recognising my unique approach to yoga practice that integrates nature, seasonal cycles, and environmental stewardship.
I am also the local Rep for Surfers Against Sewage.

Move gently, live purposefully
— reconnect inside and out
All Yoga with Leah sessions provide an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to your body — with no pressure, no performance, and no need to be “good” at yoga.
Come practise indoors or out, in a cosy studio setting or with the sea as our backdrop and the rhythms of nature guiding the flow.
Whether you're a total beginner or a seasoned yogi, there's space for you here.
What You’ll Experience:
-
Gentle, grounding movement
-
Breath practices to calm your nervous system
-
A welcoming, non-judgmental space
-
Modifications for all levels and all bodies
-
A deeper connection with nature — and yourself

WHAT PEOPLE SAY:

Martin, Student
Leah, thank you for your beautiful class and welcoming me into the group.
Although rusty and lacking stamina, I greatly enjoyed how skillfully you curated the postures, being inclusive, compassionate and gently offering challenge... I felt the glow all day 🙏

Phillippa, Student
That was my favourite yoga session ever. I’ve never had a yoga class combine the body and mind like that.
I LOVED it!
Mindful Living Beyond the Mat
Alongside yoga, I host regular beach cleans as a way to extend our practice into action.
It’s all connected — the breath, the body, the Earth.
These gentle community events help us care for the coastline, deepen connection, and live with intention.
"Because our practice on the mat is our practice for life"
