A bit about...

Leah is an award-winning yoga teacher with a passion for sharing ways to bring busy people from chaos into a place of peace, to live in their full health and potential, and with enough energy left over to make a positive impact within their communities and on the planet.
Sharing practices that are gentle yet deep, students are encouraged to practice yoga in a compassionate way that meets them exactly where they are and provide support on their life’s journey.
The content Leah shares is often inspired by, and in response to the changing seasons, lunar cycles, the weather and her intuition stemming from those students present. This frequently results in students feeling the ‘session was designed for them’ as she draws from her extensive knowledge of yoga and therapeutic practices to support students on their path.
Leah teaches and runs events year-round on the beautiful beaches and countryside of West Dorset where she promotes and facilitates a deeper connection to self, community and the environment, and the inter-connectedness of them all.
Leah was recently named 'Yoga Teacher of the Year 2024/5' by Prestige Awards, an honour recognising her unique approach to yoga practice that integrates nature, seasonal cycles, and environmental stewardship. She has also recently become the local Rep for Surfers Against Sewage.
